Planning to have both with 2hr - 3.5hr plan? here is to manage your time
First, most of kimono shop open at 9AM. Unless you tie kimono by yourself it is not possible to rent kimono before 9 am as I know, but if you tie it by your self, tie may look not good unless you are professional.
If you take course in the morning, normally we do it with casual first at 8 am for 1st hour and then go to kimono shop to change kimono and continue another 1 hour at another place with kimono. After the session you can wear kimono and go anywhere else.
If you take course in the afternoon and you want do both casual and kimono, we do kimono first. So please book kimono in advance at least 1 hour before the session. For example you have an appointment with me at 2 PM, please book kimono at 1 PM. And if there is a lot of member of your family, more than 2 people then please book 2 hours before photo session.
