We Had A Lot of Fun in Tokyo Disneyland, What’s in Kyoto?’

That’s the first things my kids asked after a day of fun in Tokyo Disneyland. What does Kyoto has to offer? Another theme-park with fun rides and mascots from our favorite TV shows? Or perhaps, a stall full of cute-looking snacks?

We wanted to show our kids that Japan has a lot more than modern day attraction, so we went to Kyoto where modernity and traditional culture blend.

Gion Shirakawa

Sadly, we didn’t get to see any Maiko or Geiko in Gion but, the weather is super nice today which is to say… I think Mom and Dad seem to be more lovey-dovey today, is it because of the beautiful weather or the beautiful kids (which is us)? hehe…

Pagoda dan Gion

After Gion, we also went to The Yasaka Pagoda where we booked a 3 hours and 30 minutes photo session. Unlike the usual 1-hour photo session, we had way more time to take photos in various spots and try more poses and angles to get the kind of photos that suits us.

We were also recommended to try the local restaurant for the most authentic Japanese food experience. Also, we have time to rest in between shoots which gives us the chance to relax and really enjoy our trip while also making memories.

After lunch, we had another photoshoot session at Yasaka Pagoda.

Overall, We Had A Lot Of Fun In Kyoto

Super satisfied with the result!

Since the photos that have a large resolution (8045 x 5368 pixels), we will print the photos of our Kyoto Trip to be displayed in our home so that we will always remember this fun experience.

Okay, that’s all from us, hope you guys will also enjoy Kyoto and don’t forget to make a lot of memories there, bye!
